Data protection, Data Sharing and Public Acces

Under Regulation (EC) no.1107/2009 it is not possible to refer to active substance data from another data – owner, that has not been used for authorisation of a plant protection product in the Netherlands. The regulation does allow to use these data. However, it is not the task of the Ctgb to make these data available for the applicant.
