Procedure for national extension of authorisation with minor uses solely in the Netherlands (NLKUG)

The Netherlands developed a simplified application procedure as an interpretation of article 51 section 3, the application for a national extension of an authorisation with minor uses (NLKUG). This procedure can be initiated to obtain an extension of uses only for the Netherlands (developed to facilitate the availability of plant protection products for minor uses).
