Registration process and instruction for submission

For this kind of minor application a notification before submission, which is obligatory for a number of applications, is not necessary, and also an intake process isn’t a part of the process.

Below the most important forms with the handling period and other important information are presented.

2 An application for extension of uses of a derived authorisation can be submitted after the original product has been extended to include the corresponding uses, not sooner.

Decision

After finishing the application we send you the decision by regular mail. If you do not agree with the decision we have made, then you can make a formal objection.

Fees
