Instructions for submission

Information requirements

With your application you need to supply:

  • Letters of Access both for the active substance data and the product data
  • Declaration “Article 95”
  • Declaration that the product is identical to the reference product;
  • supporting document, if there are differences with the reference product

Submission must be done via R4BP. Instructions are given in ECHA’s Biocides Submission Manual on using R4BP.

When you apply for a Same Biocidal Product, administrative changes are possible. For these administrative changes in Same Biocidal Product applications, there is an ECHA instruction available: “How to classify and describe changes in application for same biocidal products”.
