According to the CLP, what are important data for labelling?

Products which have been imported into or produced in the EU and delivered to a third party before June 1, 2015, are considered to have been put on the market. These products fall under transitional measures if they have been classified and packaged according to the Preparations Directive. Products which have been put on the market (in the supply chain) can be marketed and sold to consumers until June 1, 2017.

Products produced before June 1, 2015, which have not been put on the market do not fall under transitional measures. These products need to be classified and labelled according to the CLP Regulation before being put on the market.
