Instructions for Submission

Submission must be done via R4BP. Instructions are given in ECHA’s Biocides Submission Manual on using R4BP. Instructions can be found on the ECHA website (national applications) and in manual: National authorisations. The SPC must be prepared using the SPC Editor.

Mutual recognition in sequence:

• The SPC in Dutch should be an exact translation of the authorized SPC in the reference member state.

Mutual recognition in parallel:

• The SPC submitted via R4BP should be in English. Once there is agreement on the SPC, an translation in the official language of the country in which mutual recognition is applied for should be provided.
