Interested citizens can request public sector information from the Ctgb by invoking the Open Government Act (Woo, Wet open overheid). The Woo is the successor to the Dutch Freedom of Information Act (Wob, Wet openbaarheid van bestuur), which formed the basis for disclosure requests until 30 April 2022.
