Letter of access (LoA)

A Letter of Access (LoA) is an original document by which the owner of data protected under this Regulation agrees to the use of such data under the specific terms and conditions by the competent authority for the purpose of granting an authorisation of a plant protection product or an approval of an active substance, synergist or safener for the benefit of another applicant (PPPR 1107/2009, art.3).
