Form parallel trade authorisation

Application form for:

• parallel trade authorisation
• renewal of parallel trade authorisation
• expanding the field of use of the parallel trade authorisation

You cannot use the PAB form for applications under Biocidal Products Regulation 528/2012/EU, i.e. if the product contains only new active substances or if all active substances in the product have been included on the EU list of approved substances for the relevant product types for at least two years.

In those cases you must submit an application for a parallel trade permit via R4BP.
