Derogation Biocides for an emergency situation

Exemption for a biocidal product is granted for a maximum of 180 days. The exemption concerns a 'limited and controlled use if that measure is necessary because of a hazard that is not otherwise possible for public health, animal health or the environment' (Art. 55, BPR 528/2012, Art 46 Wgb).

The exemption is granted by the Minister of Infrastructure and Environment I&M). A request for an exemption of biocidal products must be submitted to the ministry of I & M.
