Notification Trial permit

As usual, you must upload the form in R4BP. You will first have to create a file in UICLID for this. It may be a minimally completed file. It is important, however, that you adjust the default name that is generated in the name of the product (a product code is also allowed) with which you perform the test, so that this name is also visible in R4BP. The name in R4BP must be identical to the name on page 1 of the report form and file name of the report form.
