Information session
The information sessions are intended for potential applicants who do not yet have experience with preparing an application and dossier.
- Do you want to place a biocidal product on the market and do you want to have advice on the process beforehand? Or do you want to know for which products and substances you can submit an application, what types of applications are available and which application is suitable for your product? Then you should consider attending one of our information sessions.
These sessions are intended for potential applicants who do not yet have experience with preparing an application and dossier. The information session is organised 6 times a year depending on interest. The cost for participation are € 195,- per person (see Fees and Charges). The information session is in English.
Upcoming information session: 7 februari.
You will receive a general introduction to biocidal product legislation, the Ctgb, the application process and the support the Ctgb can offer in the preparation phase of an application. The information session is limited to 10 participants to ensure optimal exchange. During the meeting, there will be ample opportunity for discussion and questions.
The programme
15:30 - 16:00 uur Reception , coffee and/or tea
16:00 - 17:30 uur Presentation and question and answers
17:30 - 18:00 uur Drinks and time for questions
The time has been chosen so you can drive to Ede before rush hour and return home after rush hour.
The presentations will be given by Dr Cindy van der Meer, Account Manager for Biocidal Products, and Drs Ing Mariska Tegelenbosch, Project Manager.

Please sign up using the form below. You will receive a confirmation and an invoice three weeks before the meeting. Cancellations need to have been received by the Ctgb Servicedesk in writing or by email two weeks before the meeting at the latest. If we receive your cancellation after that date we will charge you for the cost of the meeting.
